Scan the barcode of your detergent using the Home Connect app. Your Smart Washing Machine will automatically calculate the amount of detergent to dispense based on the water hardness in your area and your detergent type, ensuring you use the perfect amount of detergent every time.
The intelligent sensor difference
Intelligent sensors automatically detect your laundry’s textile types, the weight, and the degree of soiling. They then transmit this information to the i-Dos automatic dosing system, which precisely calculates the necessary amount of detergent and water down to the millilitre.

i-Dos with Detergent scan provides the perfect dosage, every time. With this intelligent technology, one fill of detergent is sufficient for up to 20 loads of laundry and you can even receive a notification to your Smartphone or Smartwatch when your detergent is running low, via the Home Connect app. Selected iQ700 washing machines have i-Dos with detergent scan.

Fill in once - forget about it for about 20 washes
With an i-Dos washing machine, you fill the bottle with liquid detergent* or fabric softener** once. i-Dos will take care of detergent for up to 20 loads. Of course, you can still dose manually at any time, with the extra compartment for powder or any other detergent of your choice.

Adapting to your needs
With i-Dos you have plenty of options. you can use 2 detergents (one for color and one for dark clothes) or 1 detergent and 1 softener. From time to time you may want to use powder as well. The third compartment is free to use for manual dosing.
