Our trained and qualified engineers repair large Siemens appliances at your home and small Siemens appliances in our workshop, and they are based locally around Ireland. In some areas of Ireland we use selected and approved service partners to carry out repairs on our behalf.
Some appliance problems can be fixed without the need for a repair, and our get support information will help you to resolve a variety of common problems that might occur with your Siemens appliance.

We have provided answers to the most frequently asked questions about the Siemens repair service below.
If your Siemens appliance is within the manufacturer's warranty, or the Siemens 5 Year Warranty, then the cost of your repair, including any replacement spare parts fitted, will be FREE within the warranty period, subject to our warranty terms and conditions.
If your Siemens appliance is out of warranty, then the repair will be chargeable. Our call-out charge is €100.00 including VAT. The call-out charge covers the engineers call-out and labour, no matter how long the repair takes to complete. All replacement spare parts are charged additionally. In some areas we may use an approved service partner to carry out repairs, and they may have different repair prices to ours, but you will be informed of these when they contact you to book your repair. If your Siemens appliance is covered by an insurance plan or policy, such as Domestic & General, please call our contact centre and an advisor will book a repair for your appliance. Do not book your repair online as you may be charged for the cost of your repair instead of your insurer. Please have your Siemens appliance's model number (E-Nr), FD number and purchase date ready prior to calling Siemens.

Repairs are carried out by our own locally based engineers around the country who are employed and trained by Siemens, which gives them unrivalled knowledge and expertise with our Siemens appliances. In some areas we have approved service partners who carry out repairs on our behalf.
Our engineers can repair large Siemens appliances such as washing machines, tumble dryers, washer dryers, dishwashers, fridges, freezers, ovens, hobs, cooker hoods, warming drawers and coffee machines.
Repair payments are made to the engineer on the day of your repair by card or cheque. We never take payment from private individuals before a repair visit.
Our engineers can repair your Siemens appliance on weekdays, but some weekend appointments are available.
Our engineers will only replace any faulty parts with original replacements parts from our German warehouse, and we store parts for up to ten years after producing an appliance.
