Built-in microwaves
Available in a range of sizes, our built-in microwaves can be installed into your kitchen cabinets or wall units. This not only creates a clean, modern look that fits your specific kitchen design vision, but also frees up valuable space on your counter tops.
Much more than a microwave
Siemens microwaves are tailor made for the modern kitchen – with intelligent functions, high-end materials, an intuitive interface, and our distinctive yet understated design. Our models with an integrated grill function blur the lines between microwave and oven, allowing you to evenly brown a wide range of dishes. The Siemens microwave oven bakes, cooks and grills, but also defrosts.
How our microwaves work
Different microwave technology
Siemens Home Appliances’ stunning range of built in microwaves and built in ovens with microwave use different components to speed up the cooking process. For example, traditional microwaves use transformers, whilst compact and single ovens with microwaves use inverters.

Our latest product highlights
What to consider when buying a microwave
Built-in microwaves offer innovative functions, are extremely attractive, and a great fit with your kitchen. The Siemens built-in microwaves fit all standard upper cabinets and tall units perfectly. With their timeless elegant design, high-end materials, clean lines and innovative controls, they harmonize perfectly with other Siemens appliances.
Combination microwave ovens provide great functionality and convenience while making optimal use of the available space. The integrated microwave in selected Siemens ovens can be used in combination with conventional oven heating, or independently as a fully-functioning microwave. This means you can defrost and cook up to 50% faster at any time.
The optimal size of your microwave depends on how much space you have available, as well as how many people are in your household. If you're only cooking for one or two, our 59cm x 38cm and 44cm x 26cm models are ideal. But if you have more mouths to feed, we recommend opting for a 60cm x 38cm or 60cm x 45cm model. Before you buy, measure the installation/placement area, check the length and depth of your preferred model, and make sure to leave some space for ventilation around the edges and the back of the microwave.
Additionally, you will need at least 20 litres capacity if you plan to use the microwave to sterilize objects (e.g. baby bottles). Siemens microwaves range from 20 litres capacity in our smallest models up to 36 litres.
The number of watts tells you how powerful it is. The more watts you have, the faster it will cook your food. Siemens standalone microwaves and ovens with integrated microwaves come in 800W and 900W versions, providing the strongest performance. Appliances with 700W or less still ensure evenly cooked results while taking a bit more time.
In addition to premium styling, and high-quality German engineering, Siemens microwaves offer a number of innovative features.
- touchControl allows the temperature to be controlled by entering it directly or by moving the slider with a single finger.
- The intuitive TFT display makes it easy to find the right setting for your dishes.
- cookControl offers automatic programs for a range of dishes. Simply select the desired program, enter the weight, and press start.
- The LED interior light provides excellent and energy-efficient illumination.
