How to check why the washing machine is not emptying the detergent drawer?
Please do these checks.
Check the water pressure
Check the water pressure directly from the tap using a bucket. Approximately 10 litres of water per minute should flow out of the tap when fully open.
Contact your fitter if the water pressure is too low.

If the water pressure is too low, the washing machine won't take the detergent from the washing machine detergent drawer.
The nozzles in the detergent drawer are blocked.
Take the detergent drawer out of the washing machine and clean it thoroughly.

A clean detergent drawer will allow the washing machine to take the detergent from the drawer. After the washing programm the drawer should be empty.
